Functional Requirement

EMEA ROC sales orders grid conversion to metric issue.Fix all open apparel ROC orders.Solution for new ROC, EDI and web orders to create in metric.
Necessary changes to Order acknowledgement form.

Business needs UK XXL which is actually US XL.

Solution Summary

Initially it was decided to create a new mater grid for which we have created a New Master Grid.
But if a sales order has the Size UK M it should be US S. which could create a miscommunication to the vendor.

It was decided to have the changes in the form, to show the actual size to the customer.
Creation of new Master Grid was ruled out and Stoped.

Solution Details

UK Grid size conversion functionality:

1. Business needs XXL size - UK
2. In ROC while ordering the size XL will be converted to XXL and will be shown in display
3. IDOC will be triggered for actual size which is XL
4. In SAP the size XL will again converted to XXL
5. MD04 the original size XL will be displayed
6. In PO the converted value XXL will be displayed
7. In PO output the actual size XL will be printed and vendor will supply this size .
